Talking Pet AI: Short Video​

Overview. Talking Pet AI: Short Video ("the App") is published by AI-APP-DEV LLC ("we"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the App. For information about in-app purchases, credits, and refund policies, please see our Terms of Service.

Information We Collect. We collect information to deliver the App features, support accounts, and improve performance. This includes:

  • Account details you provide, such as email address, password, and display name.
  • Media that you upload (pet photos, audio clips, captions) to generate Talking Pet AI: Short Video content.
  • Usage and diagnostics data, including device type, app version, and interaction events.
  • Purchase history and subscription status from RevenueCat and app store partners.

Account Registration and Credit Syncing. While you can use the App and make in-app purchases without creating an account, account registration is required to sync your credits across different devices and platforms (Android and iOS). When you create an account, your credits and purchase history are linked to your account and will be accessible on any device where you sign in. Without an account, credits are stored locally on your device and will not sync across devices or platforms.

How We Use Information.

  • Create and maintain your Talking Pet AI: Short Video account.
  • Sync credits and purchase history across devices and platforms when you are signed in to your account.
  • Process media through our AI services and deliver generated outputs.
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests.
  • Analyze anonymized usage trends to improve reliability and features.
  • Enforce our terms, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and Disclosure. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run the App. This includes cloud storage, AI processing, analytics, authentication, and payment partners. These providers may handle data in the United States or other regions and are contractually required to safeguard it. We do not sell your personal data.

Data Storage and Retention. Uploaded media and generated assets are stored securely and retained only as long as needed to deliver the service or as required by law. All user-uploaded files are automatically deleted from our storage after seven (7) days and permanently removed from backup systems shortly thereafter. You may delete stored tasks or request deletion of associated data by contacting support.

Your Choices.

  • You can access, update, or delete your account data via in-app settings or by emailing support.
  • You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in each message.
  • Device settings let you control permissions for camera, microphone, and notifications.

Children's Privacy. Talking Pet AI: Short Video is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us so we can delete it.
